Q: What is my CH Robinson T-number?

Your T-number or T-code is what identifies your company in Navisphere Carrier. They help us keep track of each transaction your company has with CH Robinson. Most carriers complete the onboarding process within 24–48 business hours once all documentation is verified. After submitting your carrier enrollment (Step 1) and creating your Navisphere® Carrier account (Step 2), you’ll typically be able to book your first load within two business days, assuming your authority, insurance, and safety rating are active

Payment timeline
Your payment timeline depends on your payment type and when we receive all required documents for the load:

  • Standard Pay: Payment for C.H. Robinson loads is released 28 days after we receive all required documents.
  • Quick Pay: Payment for C.H. Robinson loads is released 2 days after all required documents are received. Learn more
  • C.H. Robinson® Factoring by Triumph: Payment for loads with C.H. Robinson and other providers is released same day or next day after all required documents are received. Carriers that have a LoadPay™ bank account can receive their funds minutes after documents are received. Get started
