  Kevin Doucette Director Trade Policy & Security
  Kevin is a licensed U.S. customs broker and has been at the forefront of the supply chain security movement. He has helped hundreds of importers obtain CTPAT certification and validation. His expertise includes assessing supply chain risk, conducting facility and business audits, developing internal controls, and conducting training for both regulatory compliance and supply chain security.

  Sarah Stock Principal Trade Policy Advisor
  Sarah joined C.H. Robinson in September 2005. As a principal trade policy advisor, she provides international trade and regulatory compliance consulting services. Sarah’s past experience at C.H. Robinson includes roles as a customs brokerage account manager, customs brokerage supervisor, and customs brokerage manager. As part of the trade policy team, Sarah works with many companies, conducting import and export “mock audits,” delivering formal audit reports, and leading customized training sessions. Her project work includes support for product classification, various free trade agreements, and CTPAT certification and validation assistance, among others. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Bradley University and is a Licensed U.S. Customs House Broker.

  Keith Nehring Senior Product Development Manager
  Keith is a senior product development manager for air freight at C.H. Robinson. In this role Keith is responsible for the growth of air freight services through new sales and increasing wallet share with existing accounts. Through his 19 years with C.H. Robinson, Keith has held multiple roles including launching the JFK air gateway in 2011. Keith leverages his deep understanding of the air freight market to deliver creative solutions to global customers.

  Vince Santinello Ocean Product Manager
  With 25 years of experience in the ocean freight industry, Vince Santinello serves as an expert in ocean import services. He has spent the past decade driving strategic growth and customer success for C.H. Robinson. Vince’s expertise spans full container load operations, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and trade lane development. In his role as ocean product manager, he partners with both existing and prospective customers to build tailored solutions that solve complex logistics challenges and help them achieve their business goals.

  Amanda Lukas Manager Customs Drawback
  With nearly 14 years’ experience in international logistics, Amanda began her career in 2011 as a customs entry writer and became a Licensed Customs Broker in 2015. Over the years, she’s held various roles in customs brokerage and led cross-modal process improvement projects from 2016 to 2023, driving efficiency and change. She launched the C.H. Robinson U.S. drawback program and became a certified drawback specialist. Amanda holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Social Services and Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
